1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect
When you submit a contact form, you provide: name, contact (email, Telegram username or phone), task description. We automatically collect: IP address, browser user-agent, interface language, submission timestamp, consent record, landing page, referrer and advertising URL parameters (UTM, gclid/fbclid/yclid) when present.
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is used exclusively for: responding to your inquiry, internal analytics of inquiries, improving the website. We do not use your data for marketing without separate consent.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (checkbox in the contact form), in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and the Republic of Uzbekistan Law "On Personal Data" (ZRU-547).
5. Third-Party Disclosure
Inquiry notifications are transmitted via Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) for prompt processing. Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on our hosting provider's servers. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.
6. Cross-Border Data Transfer
If you are located outside the Russian Federation (including the Republic of Uzbekistan), your data is transferred to Russia for processing. This transfer is based on your consent (Art. 28, ZRU-547). By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you acknowledge the cross-border transfer.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for: remembering your language preference, remembering your cookie banner choice. If you click "Decline" in the cookie banner, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
8. Data Retention
Data submitted via the contact form is retained for 12 months from the last interaction. After this period, data is deleted. Cookie data is stored in your browser and removed when you clear site data.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to: request information about the data we process; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, email hello@samsa.agency. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Supervisory Authorities
For users in Russia: Roskomnadzor (rkn.gov.ru). For users in the Republic of Uzbekistan: State Inspectorate for Control in the Sphere of Informatization and Telecommunications.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at samsa.agency/privacy. The date of last update is shown at the top of this document.
