Context
THE CHALLENGE
Develop a corporate character that stays recognisable across roles and doesn't fall apart when the costume changes from identity use to narrative scenes.
Solution
We built the 3D sketch in three variants: a base striped look, a winged version with a cap, and a lighter cape. Proportions, head placement and footwear stay identical across all three, so the character reads as one hero while the costume works as a swappable layer for different communications.
