Context
THE CHALLENGE
Design a ticket payment screen so moving to an external payment provider doesn't feel like leaving the cinema's site or unsettle the user at the final step.
Solution
We kept the venue's styling and the order details on screen — merchant, order number, amount — with the card form beside them and a hint for the CVC on the reverse. The hold timer sits in the upper field and the payment system and provider marks sit under the button, so reassurance appears exactly where the decision is made.
