Context
THE CHALLENGE
Build a 3D mascot that holds its character in motion and stays recognisable when turning mid-flight.
Solution
We built the character on contrasting volumes: an oversized head with a wide grin, elongated ears, a compact suited body and a trailing cape. Ears and cape act as motion lines — they set direction and keep the pose readable from any angle, so a single model covers both stills and animation.
