Context

THE CHALLENGE

Explain Ozon Travel's ticket refund rules on social media so a vertical post reads in a couple of seconds and doesn't look like an extract from the terms of service.

Solution

We turned the help article into a dialogue: the user's question sits in a white bubble, the service's reply in brand blue, and below it a 3D scene of coins, a magnet and an arrow stands in for the refund. The object set is built to be reusable, so only the copy changes for each new question.
